Embroidered Grey headed kingfisher, bird typically found in Cape Verde Islands, with a wide distribution off the north-west coast of Africa to Mauritania, Senegal and Gambia, east to Ethiopia, Somalia and southern Arabia and south to South Africa. We made a custom pin from a photo of a local cape verdean woman, which adds to the colors of the hat.
